Everyone’s skin journey is different, and while some may see an improvement in their skin very quickly, it can take up to 8 - 12 weeks for most people to see truly meaningful results.
You should continue to see the positive effects of your treatment on an ongoing basis, and begin to see a visible reduction in your fine lines and wrinkles after around 12 - 16 weeks of treatment.

Our skin treatments can take time to work, so patience (we know, it’s hard!) and consistency are key to achieving the best results. Initially, your skin will go through an adjustment stage where it gets used to your treatment. Here, it might feel dryer than normal. Once this stage has passed, usually after a few weeks, you should start to see a visible improvement in your skin's texture and firmness.
To improve any irritation, there are a few things you can do.
- Make sure you're using a great, simple and supportive skincare routine alongside our product. This includes a gentle cleanser (one that doesn't leave your skin dry and tight, it should be hydrating with little or no exfoliating ingredients), and SPF.
- Remember that anything additional such as exfoliant toners, acids or treatments with other actives increases your chances of suffering side effects when you initially start. They can be introduced slowly once your skin has adapted to your treatment.
The most important thing is that you're prepared and know what to expect – and know how to help your skin get through the initial steps. Stick to your routine, stay patient (we know, it’s hard!) and remember how good you’ll feel once your hard work has paid off. Listen to your skin. If you've buffered and the next evening you still find your skin feels irritated and angry then skip your daily dose that night.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email at email@example.com. We can give you the inside info.
